This studio is located on the third and last floor (without elevator) of a building in the city center (opposite the museum) in the heart of the animation.
It consists of an entrance, a beautiful living room with open kitchen of about 25m², a shower room with toilet and a balcony with sea views and garden furniture.
The rental is close to the beaches of Ierapetra equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas.
As well as shops, services, bars and restaurants.
Departures to Chrissi Island is a 2-minute walk away

To book a stay, a deposit is required:
- For a stay up to 7 nights: € 65.00
- Beyond 7 nights: € 130.00
The payment of this deposit is made by SEPA transfer.

The balance is to be paid on arrival in cash.
- Check-in from 16:00.
- Departure no later than 11:00.
