To book a stay, a deposit is required:
- For a stay of up to 7 nights: the price of one night
- Beyond 7 nights: the price of two nights The payment of this deposit is made by SEPA transfer.
The account balance is to be paid upon arrival in cash.
End of stay cleaning is charged :
- €25.00 for the studio
- €35.00 for the apartment.
No, holiday vouchers do not exist in Greece
Yes, a cot is available for a flat rate of €10.00 for the stay.
Only one additional child is accepted in the studio. We can provide an extra bed (mattress on the floor) for an additional €15/night.
Pets are not accepted in the apartments.
- Arrival time: 4 p.m.
- Departure time: 11 a.m.
We adapt in case of late flight without additional costs.
It is in Heraklion at 1h20 by car.
You can rent a car (1h20 journey), come by bus or taxi
The national language is Greek, English is very widespread but on the tourist sites French is generally practiced
Yes, air conditioning is available at an additional cost of:
- €7.00 per day for the Black Home
- €10.00 per day for the Family Home.
The apartments are 2 minutes walk from the beaches, tavernas, shops and ferries to the island of Chrissi.
Yes, both apartments are equipped with a washing machine.

If a reservation is cancelled:
- 90 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is returned, you are fully refunded.
- At less than 90 days, the deposit is kept in all cases.
